If your products are not purchased from our official website https://www.bmlasertools.com/, but purchased through BMLaser store on shopping platforms (Amazon,ebay, Aliexpress etc.), we will not be responsible for your order directly.

Part I. Laser Machine

BMLaser Official warrants all laser machines for Two (2) years from the original date of receipt. (1-year for mainly part-laser source (fiber )as it will lose energy gradually after customers' long-time operating. and only six month warranty for uv laser as its' laser loss is irreversible and much in operating than fiber laser.
It can't be guaranteed that the power of the laser source can be full enough all the time after over 1 year's long-time usage.
It is necessary to do some basic maintenance of the laser machine from time to time to lengthen the lifespan of the machine.
2-year for main accessories of laser machine: control card, galvo, f-theta, etc.)

During the warranty period, BMLaser Official offers remote tech support if there is any machine malfunction to help you find where the problem is and will offer the tech guide to teach you how to fix the simple problem. If our tech confirms the problem lies in one part of machine accessories, BMLaser will repair or replace defective parts without any charge to you, subject to the warranty conditions specified below, that prove to have such defects according to the terms outlined on this warranty.

Warranty Conditions

The above Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by BMLaser to the original purchaser only.
The warranty is limited to two (2) years for fiber laser marking, mainly adapted to machines’ main part of machine 一 control card, galvo,f-theta etc. But for main part of machine-Laser Source, we only offer 1-year warranty.
Notification: The laser source will lose some power gradually after a long-time of working, it is a common phenomenon. We do not recommend customers to run the machine at full power for long-time, it is recommended to run the machine around 80%~85% of power in most condition which can make the lifespan of the machine longer.
Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted. The laser machine system owner is responsible for any service and repairs outside the scope of this warranty
This warranty covers only the normal use of the laser machine.BMLaser shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from:
*Irresponsible use, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper return shipping or installation
Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or acts of God
Inadequacy or interruption of electrical service, improper voltage conditions, blown fuses, or other similar damages
Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized BMLaser representative
Usage of components or accessories not approved by BMLaser
Tampering, altering, defacing, or removing the product serial number will serve to void this warranty

*Damages incurred through irresponsible use may include but are not limited to:
Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump
Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses
Failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil
Failure to remove or clean debris from the collection tray
Failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment.
BMLaser accepts no responsibility for any software programs, data, or information stored on any media or any parts of any products returned for repair to BMLaser.
This warranty does not cover any third-party software or virus-related problems not purchased from BMLaser.
BMLaser is not responsible for loss of data or time, even with hardware failure. Clients are responsible for backing up any data for their own protection. BMLaser is not responsible for any loss of work (“downtime”) caused by a product requiring service.
In the event the client resells the machine, the Warranty is non-transferable.
International shipping costs and/or customs fees associated with fulfillment of Warranty Replacement Items are the responsibility of the client if the customer needs part of accessories of the machine to replace when there is damage or defect of function due to the client’s improper operation of the machine.
BMLaser at its own discretion reserves the right to deny the purchase of an extended warranty.
Post Warranty Support and/or Repairs

BMLaser offers free lifetime tech support via remote connecting (email or phone) to the original purchaser. However, after the warranty period replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges. BMLaser will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs. ( Offer discounted price for parts and repairs )

PART II. Accessories

Notification: For Fragile items, such as Laser Tube, customization products, such as Honeycomb Work Table and Size Knife Working Table Blade, we don’t support return & exchange due to the wrong size.

All warranty policy are adapted to customers who order directly on www.bmlasertools.com, and all warranty policy is only valid for products during warranty period without any manual damage.
